Card Finder Live Privacy Policy

Card Finder Live helps sports card collectors, dealers, and show attendees discover cards, card shows, card shops, and related app activity. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us about privacy or data requests.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process:

Account information, such as email address, username, user ID, and profile details.
Card listing information, including card details, photos, visibility settings, and related user-generated content.
Location information, including approximate or precise location when used for nearby cards, card shows, card shops, and related app functionality.
In-app messages and related message metadata.
App activity, such as searches, interactions, listing activity, saved items, and other app actions.
Device, notification, diagnostic, crash, and performance information.
Purchase status and entitlement information from Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat, such as product IDs, purchase status, subscription/pass status, receipt or transaction identifiers, and access entitlement state. We do not collect raw credit card numbers or bank account details.
Support, safety, moderation, shop access, and account deletion requests that users choose to send us.

Show cards, card shows, card shops, messages, and related app features.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the app, including Firebase/Google services, Expo, RevenueCat, Apple App Store services, and Google Play services. These providers may process information as needed to provide authentication, hosting, database, storage, analytics, messaging, notification, purchase, entitlement, crash, diagnostic, and app distribution services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as directed by a user through app functionality.

User content

Card listings, card photos, profile details, messages, shop requests, and other user-generated content may be visible to other users depending on app features and user choices. Users should avoid posting private or sensitive information in public or shared areas of the app.

Account and data deletion

When we process a deletion request, we may delete or de-identify account information and user content where reasonably possible. Some information may be retained if needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, purchase records, tax/accounting records, backup integrity, or legitimate business operations.
